SUN EXPOSURE
Wear a high SPF sunscreen to minimise skin damage and prolong results
HYDRATION
Keep well hydrated (2-3 Litres of water for 3 days post procedure)

OTC MEDICATION

Do not apply deodorant, antiperspirants, or perfumed products to treated area for 24-48 hours unless advised otherwise
SKIN CARE
- Keep the treated area clean and dry
- Use gentle cleansers; avoid harsh soaps or exfoliants for a few days
- If redness, tenderness, or swelling occurs, apply a cool compress gently
POSTURE
Stay upright (don't lay down flat) for at least 4 hours if you had Botox
EXERCISE
Avoid strenuous exercise, gym workouts, minimising activities that can cause heavy sweating for 24-48 hours
BATHING
- Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, and very hot showers for 48 hours
- Stick to lukewarm water and pat the skin dry afterward
